home plan sales

This design service features a collection of small home plan designs aimed at providing for the growing need for modestly sized homes. These home plan designs are available for purchase and one time use. The plans currently offered range in size from 500 square feet to 1,500 square feet. They are suitable for either a primary or vacation residence. Click on the HOME PLANS FOR SALE button below, you will be linked to our Home Plan Sales website where you will be able to view all the plans currently being offered for sale. New and larger plans will be added on a continuing basis, so stay tuned!

ARCHITECTURAL ILLUSTRATIONS

This design service provides architectural illustration for marketing purposes to marketing firms, developers, home builders and individuals nation wide. The illustrations are all hand drawn, not computer generated, by Jeff Burnham. Pen and ink illustration with a watercolor wash is the primary media used.
